We only sell 100% authentic items at Hotbox.

Do you offer legit checks?
We offer legit checks for $10

How do you determine the prices of your product?
We determine our pricing through a combination of the following factors; market price, condition, size and availability.

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide.

Will I be charged duties & taxes if I’m purchasing from outside of Canada?
If you are purchasing from outside of Canada you are responsible for duties and taxes.

Where is my order coming from?
All orders are shipped out of Toronto.

 

ORDERS & PAYMENT

Can I change my order after it’s been placed?
Changes cannot be made after an order is placed.

Can I cancel my order?
We cannot accept order cancellation requests as our fulfillment process begins when an order is placed.

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Debit, MasterCard, and PayPal.

 

DELIVERY & RETURNS

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is determined based on location.

When will my order ship?
Orders will be shipped out within 1-2 business days. 

How can I track my order?
Once you place your order, you will receive an email with the Canada Post tracking number.

Can I return my purchase?
All sales are final.  Please contact info@hotboxtoronto.com for additional concerns or questions. 

Can I pick up my online order in store?
Yes, you can pick-up your order in-store. 

 

BUYING

How do I sell my items with Hotbox?
We do all our buys in-store.  For a general quote you can email us at info@hotboxtoronto.com with the subject ‘Buying’ and your item, but for payment you must bring the items in-store.

Can I trade items?
We offer buy-sell-trade for all items in-store.
