As we all endure the impacts of COVID-19, HOTBOX continues to prioritize the health and well-being of our associates, customers and communities. On March 19 we announced the temporary closure of our stores.  We continue to monitor the situation closely and follow practices that align with government organizations and public health officials. 

In the meantime, we’ve launched a remastered website to give you access to inventory across all stores and offer free shipping.  As well, we’ve launched an app for our customers to easily sell their pre-owned or brand-new items to us virtually. 

You’re health and well-being remains at the forefront.  Our team has been working hard to respond to an overwhelming amount of emails/customer inquires, update the website daily, and buy daily.

We will continue to assess the situation and keep you updated.
